IAFF Local 5026, known as the Dells-Delton Professional Paramedics, is the labor union representing the paramedics, AEMTs, and EMTs of Dells-Delton EMS. Chartered on November 1, 2014, the Local has grown alongside our agency to become a strong voice for frontline EMS providers in the Wisconsin Dells region. We are proud affiliates of both the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) and the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin (PFFW).
Our members deliver essential 9-1-1 emergency medical services to the City of Wisconsin Dells, Village of Lake Delton, Town of Delton, and surrounding townships across multiple counties. In one of Wisconsin’s premier tourism destinations, we respond to a wide variety of calls for year-round residents and millions of visitors each year.

- Strengthen Our Community: We actively participate in public safety education initiatives and maintain strong partnerships with local fire departments, law enforcement, and hospitals.
Since our founding in 2014, IAFF Local 5026 has been dedicated to protecting the rights and working conditions of our members while upholding the highest standards of prehospital care. Through unity and collective action, we help ensure Dells-Delton EMS remains a resilient, high-performing public safety agency ready to meet the needs of our dynamic service area.
