Interested in a career in Emergency Medical Services? A ride-along with Dells-Delton EMS is a great way to experience what it’s like to work in the field and see firsthand how our crews serve the community.
Our ride-along program offers prospective students, future healthcare providers, and community members the opportunity to observe real EMS operations. Participants will spend time with our EMTs and paramedics, gaining insight into patient care, emergency response, teamwork, and day-to-day life on an ambulance.
During your ride-along, you may observe a variety of calls and situations, each offering a unique learning experience. While ride-along participants are not permitted to provide patient care, this experience is an excellent way to understand the demands, responsibilities, and rewards of a career in EMS.
Safety, professionalism, and patient privacy are our top priorities. All participants are expected to follow HIPAA guidelines, crew instructions, and department policies throughout their time with us.
