At Dells-Delton EMS, we are proud to offer high-quality, hands-on training designed to prepare healthcare professionals, responders, and bystanders to act quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
Our Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers course is designed for medical personnel, first responders, and those working in clinical environments. This course emphasizes high-quality CPR, use of an AED, team-based resuscitation, and airway management skills. Participants will build the confidence and competence needed to perform critical, life-saving interventions.
Our training follows a blended learning format. Participants wishing to complete this course will be directed to the Heartcode BLS course to complete the required American Heart Association (AHA) online coursework. Once the online portion is finished, participants will attend a hands-on skills session at our facility to demonstrate competency and complete certification.
We also offer Stop the Bleed training, which focuses on rapid recognition and control of life-threatening bleeding. This course teaches practical techniques such as wound packing, pressure application, and tourniquet use – skills that can make a vital difference in emergencies before advanced care arrives.
All classes are led by experienced EMS professionals who bring real-world knowledge and practical insight to every session. A small fee is associated with each course to cover materials and certification costs.
Whether you are maintaining certification or expanding your emergency response skills, our goal is to ensure you leave prepared, confident, and ready to act when it matters most.
